The winds were quite weak compared to the day before, however a high layer of clouds moved over the launch site in front of the conference center.
Note the payload of instruments and camera attached to the balloon.  A recent addition has been the American flags
The balloon is about 100 feet over the launch site in this photo.
Inside the progress of the balloon is monitored by computer
